Bulk Updates for Subscription Pricing, Billing Intervals, and Status

  • The Bulk Updates feature is currently in Beta, and its setup and customization may change over time. Please use caution when making changes, as future updates may affect its functionality.
  • If you need to update specific billing terms, ensure you configure the segment parameters correctly to filter the billing cycle. At present, selecting a billing term in the bulk update window will apply changes to all products unless properly filtered.
  • Any changes made through Bulk Update will be recorded in the activity log for each contract product.

Bulk updates can be applied across contract product categories, filters, and segments, making it easy to update prices, billing intervals, subscription statuses, and other settings at scale.

To configure a bulk update, navigate to your Subscriptions Overview, apply any necessary filters, and select the Bulk Update option from the dropdown menu.

This guide will walk you through the steps to create a segment and apply a bulk update to the contract products.

How to Create a Segment

  1. In the admin area, go to the Product & Service menu and select Subscription.
  2. Find Subscription segments.
  3. Click Add to create a new segment.

  1. In the new window, enter the Segment Name and set the necessary parameters.

How to Apply Bulk Update for Price Change

If you've created a segment and want to apply a bulk update for a price change, follow these steps:

  1. Open the created segment on the Product & Services menu.
  2. Click the three dots, and select Bulk Update.

  1. In the Bulk Update window, configure the new pricing details using a fixed amount or percentage, adjust the billing interval, or update the status as needed.

  1. Click Create to apply the bulk update.

How to Apply Bulk Update for Interval or Status Change

If you've created a segment and want to apply a bulk update for an interval or status change, follow these steps:

  1. Open the created segment on the Product & Services menu.
  2. Click the three dots, and select Bulk Update.

  1. Select Interval or Status Change, choose the changes you want to apply, and enter the new value.

How to View Bulk Update History

To see the history of bulk updates applied to your brand, go to the Products & Services menu and select Bulk Updates. There, you'll find a record of all bulk updates, including those in process and completed.
