How Do My Clients Turn off Auto-Renew

Stop a recurring payment

Your clients can turn off the auto-renew setting for their subscriptions. Store staff can access this feature, too. We also provide a manual renew option.

Turning off auto-renew

Your client should:

  1. Log in to their store account.
  2. Click Products & Services on the top menu.
  3. Scroll through the list and locate a subscription.
  4. Click the product name.
  5. On the next page, click the Settings menu tab.
  6. Click the Turn off auto-renew link.
  7. Click Turn off auto-renew in the pop-up confirmation window.

Manual renew

When the auto-renew feature is turned off, the client can manually renew a subscription.

  1. Click the manual review link in the text.
  2. Click Issue next invoice in the pop-up confirmation window.
