How to Integrate with Slack

Connect your Upmind e-commerce store to Slack and stay in constant contact with staff and clients. Integrating Slack with your store is a two-step process.

Creating a webbook

1. Go to the Slack help pages.
2. Create a new Slack app.
3. Follow the steps and create a webhook.
4. Copy the webhook.

Inserting the webhook

1. Go to your Upmind dashboard.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Notification channels.
4. Go to the Slack heading.
5. Toggle the switch to the ON (blue) position.
6. Paste the webhook into the field.
7. Click Save.
