Upmind works in multiple languages. We have translated both the responses on the API and the frontend into a dozen different languages and are adding more. You also have the ability to translate different content in your Upmind instance into different languages (such as email templates, product descriptions and so on...)
Your brand language is the language that shows by default when a client goes to your store, without having set their own language.
Both clients and staff can change the language of their profile by going to their account and choosing a new language from the drop down.
