Upmind works in multiple languages.
We have translated both the responses on the API and the frontend into a dozen different languages and are adding more. You also have the ability to translate different content in your Upmind instance into different languages (such as email templates, product descriptions and so on...)
We use localazy to translate strings and if you want to help translate we would be delighted. You can see our forum thread here.
Your brand language is the default language of your brand. You can enable a range of languages in your admin area and then choose one as the brand default
Both clients and staff can change the language of their profile by going to their account and choosing a new language from the drop down.
The default language a user or client sees when accessing your instance for the first time is set by their browser language.
