Reset Brand Data

After you've tested to see what Upmind can do, it's common to want or need to remove your test clients and orders

If you're ready to go live or need to change your brand's base currency, you may need to remove test data.

If you only have test clients and orders, you can request to reset your brand data. This will keep your product catalog and other settings intact, but will remove all clients, orders, invoices, logs, and transactions so it's important to be sure you don't have any live customer data before proceeding.

First, go to Settings > Brand settings, then tick the checkbox to enable 'Reset brand data'.

Finally, submit a support ticket and enable remote access requesting a reset of your brand data. If this particular setting is enabled, our support staff will be able to reset things on your behalf.
