Send a message to one client

You can send an email message to a single client from an Invoice page.

Selecting a recipient

The first step is to select a message recipient by opening an invoice. From the left side menu, there are two ways to open an invoice: the Clients link or Orders link.

From the Clients link

  1. Log in to your Upmind account.
  2. Click Clients on the left menu.
  3. Click the Clients list menu tab.
  4. Scroll through the list and click a client name.
  5. Click an invoice metric (Total invoiced, Total invoices, or Unpaid invoices).
  6. Click an invoice.
  7. Scroll down and click the Send email button.
  8. Select a template (or create a new template to send a unique message).

From the Orders link

  1. Log in to your Upmind account.
  2. Click Orders on the left menu.
  3. Click the Orders list menu tab.
  4. Use the filters to locate a specific order.
  5. Click an order.
  6. Click View invoice.
  7. Click Go to invoice.
  8. Scroll down and click the Send email button.
  9. Select a template (or create a new template to send a unique message).
