How to Email a Client
Send a message to one client
You can send an email message to a single client from an Invoice page.
Learn to send a bulk message to all or a segment of your contacts.
Selecting a recipient
The first step is to select a message recipient by opening an invoice. From the left side menu, there are two ways to open an invoice: the Clients link or Orders link.
From the Clients link
- Log in to your Upmind account.
- Click Clients on the left menu.
- Click the Clients list menu tab.
- Scroll through the list and click a client name.
- Click an invoice metric (Total invoiced, Total invoices, or Unpaid invoices).
- Click an invoice.
- Scroll down and click the Send email button.
- Select a template (or create a new template to send a unique message).
From the Orders link
- Log in to your Upmind account.
- Click Orders on the left menu.
- Click the Orders list menu tab.
- Use the filters to locate a specific order.
- Click an order.
- Click View invoice.
- Click Go to invoice.
- Scroll down and click the Send email button.
- Select a template (or create a new template to send a unique message).
