This article shows you how to find and review the status of any invoice. You can also review invoices by status category and customer.
- Go to the Upmind dashboard.
- Click Billing on the left side menu.
- Click the Invoices list menu tab.
- The Invoices page displays all current invoices and their status.
Click a status under the Quick filters heading to filter invoices.
- Use the sort tool to change the display order of invoices.
- Click the arrow to reverse the display order.
Click an invoice to review details. You can access customer information including transactions, tickets, email history, and more. You can also email the customer from this page.
