How to Create Price Lists

Better product management

By default, Upmind has a single price list, which defines basic pricing for each product or service. You can override default prices by creating a separate price list.

  • For example, default pricing is $80 per month. You could charge one customer $60 and another $85. This is completely possible and flexible in Upmind.

Upmind's multiple price lists feature extends product management in two powerful ways:

  1. You can create fully custom price lists for specific clients. For instance:
  • Offer discounts to wholesale customers.
  • Offer loyalty pricing.
  • Increase pricing for new clients and keep old customers on legacy prices.
  1. You can enable or disable specific products for certain clients. For instance, allow some clients to order a product only if it has a price. This is an optional setting on each price list.

Disabling a product option

Use the price list feature to enable and disable certain products for a specific client.

In this example, we use a new price list to block some clients from seeing one product (a premium bag of coffee reserved for VIP clients).

Follow all the above steps with these exceptions.

When you create a new price list:

  1. Check the box to inherit all the prices from another price list.
