Assisted Setup Service

On our Paid plans we offer a one-off option of our assisted setup service. Our aim with low-cost one-off is to get you setup with the system.

We have tried to make Upmind as simple as possible to use and setup, but we know sometimes it's just easier if we do the work.

As part of the setup service we can handle:

  • Initial configuration of your brand, currency and tax setup.
  • Linking your custom domain.
  • Setting up your support system and email forwarding.
  • Adding up to 10 provision configurations (e.g. servers, domain suppliers).
  • Adding up to 3 payment gateways
  • Adding and configuring up to 20 products
  • Setting up product welcome emails

You can order the setup service when upgrading to one of our paid plans and we will make contact via support ticket.
