What can be imported?
Upmind can import both client data and ticket information from SupportPal. If the client already exists in Upmind, tickets will be matched using the client’s email address. If the client does not exist, Upmind will automatically create a new lead for them.Preparing to import from SupportPal
Before importing, whitelist the following IP addresses on your SupportPal instance to allow access from Upmind:- 91.240.229.1
- 91.240.229.2
- 91.240.229.3
Steps to configure SupportPal for import
- Log in to your SupportPal admin dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Imports.
- Click Create New Import.

Enter the URL of your SupportPal installation (without including
/admin). For example, usesupport.mydomain.comif your site URL ishttps://support.mydomain.com/admin. - Enter your SupportPal API username and password.
- Click Save.
